Croatian Cevapcici with Ajvar
|
|
Cevapcici is a traditional meatball, like kofta or köfte, made with a mix of several meats. We use an authentic Croatian recipe of ground lamb, pork, and beef, and pair it with our wildly irresistible Wildfare Fire Roasted Red Pepper Ajvar (mild or spicy!). Serve it with flatbread, sliced tomato, and onion for a delicious dinner. Pro tip: make a bunch of cevapcici and pop them in the freezer so your meal prep is ready for another night! |
