Red Pepper Pasta

With Cream Sauce and Bohemian Steak

Introducing a crave-worthy dinner that your family and friends will love! Featuring our delicious organic red pepper pasta (which by the way has zero artificial flavors and colors!) that’s specially made in small batches with lots of love. Paired with a wonderful cream sauce and served next to beautiful Bohemian steak, this dinner is sure to please!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp Wildfare Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- ½ C heavy cream
- ½ jar Wildfare Organic Fire Roasted Red Pepper Ajvar
- 1 lb Bohemian steak
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bag Wildfare Organic & Vegan Red Pepper Fettuccine Pasta
- Salt & pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Meat:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut steak into 6” pieces (4 pieces).

Salt and pepper both sides to taste. Put 1 Tbsp of Wildfare EVOO to cover the bottom of a cast iron (or other oven safe, heavy pan) frying pan.

Sear both sides on medium high for 2 minutes. Add the Worcestershire over the meat, and put the pan in the oven.

Let cook it for 10 minutes.
Sauce:

For the sauce, add Wildfare EVOO, heavy cream, and Wildfare Ajvar to a large pan. Simmer on low for 2-3 minutes.
Pasta:

Boil pasta in salted water, cooking for 4 minutes (for al dente pasta, recommended by Chef Soriano of Altesi Ristorante in NYC).

Drain and add to pan, mixing the pasta in the sauce with tongs. Plate the pasta and the meat, and serve with a salad or sliced tomatoes if desired. Bon appétit!
